a tester missed a day

your dashboard says so on the day it happens — the line under the grid changes. we see it too and put a replacement in. if the run breaks anyway, you get it run again at our cost or your money back.

i lost my dashboard link

write to us with the email and app name you signed up with. we resend the link to that email address and to no other, so we cannot help if you no longer have the mailbox.

when does my run start

the same day you sign up. there is no queue and no waiting list. you get your dashboard link the moment you submit the form — save it, it is the only way back in.

first thing to do

your dashboard lists 14 google accounts. add them in play console under testing → closed testing → testers, and save. until you do, our testers cannot join your test and nothing will happen.

how do i pay

from day 2 a pay button appears on your dashboard, under the grid. day 1 is free to watch — that is the point. at checkout type your app name exactly as you did on signup, that is how we match the payment to your run.

if your card is declined, there is a usdt link right under the button with an amount that belongs to your run alone. send exactly that amount.

what if i do not pay

we stop the run on day 4. the testers move to someone else and your counter breaks.
