what day14 does
we supply 12 people who install your android app from your closed testing link and open it once a day for 14 days in a row, so your app meets google play's closed testing requirement.
what you pay
$20 for one 14-day run. you pay after day 1, once you can see check-ins on your dashboard. payment is handled by stripe — we never see or store your card details.
what we promise
- 12 testers, installed and opening your app daily for 14 days
- a dashboard where you can see every check-in, every day
- if a tester breaks the run, we tell you the day it happens
what we do not promise
- we do not guarantee google approves your app — that decision is theirs alone
- we do not write reviews, ratings or feedback
- we never ask for and never touch your play console account
google counts your testers on its own side, from real devices. our dashboard is a daily record of what our testers report, not proof google will accept.
what we need from you
a working closed testing opt-in link, and an app that does not break google play policy or the law where our testers live. if it does, we stop the run and keep the payment.
you must add the 14 google accounts listed on your dashboard into play console on day 1. we cannot do it for you, and until it is done no tester can join.
when you pay
the pay button appears on your dashboard on day 2, once you can see the first check-ins. if the run is not paid for by day 4 we stop it, and the testers are moved to another client.
refunds
if the 14-day run breaks because our testers missed days, you choose: we run it again at our cost, or we refund you in full. ask by email or telegram and we settle it the same week.
we do not refund because google declined your app for reasons of its own — content, policy, or anything else about the app itself.
your dashboard link
your dashboard lives at a long secret address. anyone holding that address can open it. we cannot tell who is holding it, so do not share it, and tell us if you lose it — we resend it to the email on your signup and nowhere else.
liability
the service is provided as is. whatever goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that run.
